Why did I choose to create and release and nutrition and fitness based journal when the market is already saturated with products in this area? It’s a valid question and honestly one that I asked myself a few times when I was battling with Amazon to get it published and released.
Eating healthy and getting the right level of exercise has ben made so complicated over the years and yet it’s a really simple concept. With food we need to make healthy choices more often than not and with exercise we just need to get up and move more.
But somehow over the years it’s all got twisted and complicated. There are so many different recommendations and diet types and lifestyle types and different ideas on how much and how often that you should exercise. I’ve spoken to countless people who have felt so overwhelmed by all the different information out there that they just never got started in the first place.
So that is why I decided to create and release my journal. I wanted to make things simple again. I wanted to ensure that those who wanted to work on their health and fitness could do so with a simple tool to help guide them and keep them on track.
I can’t do the work for you, I can’t be there to cook you healthy meals and to get you up and into your workout gear but I can offer support, motivation and some tips.
